Refund, Replacement & Final Sale Policy

Thank you for shopping with Live Thrive Travel. We carefully prepare and package every order and want your purchase—or the gift you send—to arrive in the condition intended.

Because our products include consumable items and thoughtfully prepared gifts, all sales are final except when an item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or different from what was ordered.

Consumable Products

For health and safety reasons, tea, food, beverages, and other consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not provide refunds or replacements based on personal taste, fragrance preference, change of mind, or a gift recipient deciding that they do not want the product.

If the packaging or seal of a consumable product arrives damaged or compromised, please do not consume the product. Contact us so we can review the issue.

Gift Items and Gift Sets

Gift items, gift boxes, curated sets, and items prepared or packaged for an individual order are final sale.

A gift recipient’s preference, a duplicate gift, an incorrect choice made when ordering, or a recipient declining the gift does not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange.

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect gift items remain eligible for review under the process below.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect the order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, an item is missing, or you receive something different from what was ordered, email Su*****@**************el.com within seven calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • The order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Clear photographs of the affected item
  • Photographs of the shipping box or packaging
  • A photograph of the shipping label

Please retain the product and its packaging until we have reviewed the claim. Do not mail an item back unless Live Thrive Travel provides written return instructions.

After reviewing the information, we will provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacing the affected item or refunding the affected item to the original payment method.

If a replacement is unavailable, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If we request that an item be returned because of damage, a defect, or our error, Live Thrive Travel will provide return instructions and cover the authorized return shipping cost.

What Is Considered a Defect?

A product is defective when it cannot be safely used as intended.

Personal preferences involving taste, fragrance, color, appearance, texture, or the customer’s expected experience are not considered defects.

Normal variations in handcrafted, small-batch, botanical, or naturally sourced products are also not considered defects when the product remains safe and suitable for its intended use.

Gift Orders

Either the purchaser or the gift recipient may contact us about a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect gift order.

Approved replacements may be sent to the gift recipient. Any approved monetary refund will be issued only to the original purchaser’s payment method.

For privacy and security, Live Thrive Travel will not disclose the purchaser’s payment information to the gift recipient.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at Su*****@**************el.com.

We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered preparation, packing, or fulfillment.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

This does not affect any right to cancel that may apply when Live Thrive Travel is unable to ship an order within the stated timeframe.

Shipping Addresses and Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because the package was refused or left unclaimed, the original shipping charge is nonrefundable. Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.

Please review the shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Lost or Missing Deliveries

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Confirm that the shipping address is correct.
  2. Check with other members of the household, nearby neighbors, and any secure delivery locations.
  3. Allow 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered shortly before completing delivery.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

If the package still cannot be located, contact Su*****@**************el.com within seven calendar days of the delivery scan. We will review the tracking information and help determine the appropriate next step.

If a carrier confirms that a shipment was lost before delivery, please contact us so that we can assist with a replacement or refund.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed. Live Thrive Travel is not responsible for ordinary carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the carrier, but we will make a reasonable effort to assist with significant delivery problems.

If Live Thrive Travel cannot ship an order within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase, we will contact the purchaser with the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

After a refund is processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to the account. Live Thrive Travel does not control financial-institution processing times.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the refund results from an error by Live Thrive Travel, damage during shipping, or another circumstance in which a shipping refund is required.

Unauthorized Returns

Do not send a product to Live Thrive Travel without written authorization and return instructions.

Sending an item without authorization does not guarantee that the item will qualify for a replacement or refund.
