In other words, first and foremost, your priority must be love yourself. Moreover, there is this energy called manifestation. Essentially, the energy of manifestation is all about aligning your thoughts, emotions, and actions to bring your desired goals or dreams into reality. Furthermore, it operates on the principle that what you focus your energy and attention on will amplify and eventually materialize. Importantly, one of the key aspects of manifestation is belief. Therefore, you must believe that you deserve nothing but the best of everything life has to offer. However, let’s not get too far ahead of ourselves. This process must first start with you owning your worth.

Believe in your empowerment

To achieve empowerment, you must genuinely believe in yourself. In other words, believe that what you are manifesting is possible. This belief, in fact, acts as a catalyst by energizing your intentions and helping to remove any mental barriers that may obstruct the manifestation process. Consequently, believing in yourself must begin with loving yourself. Admittedly, loving yourself is a work in progress. Just like me, you are likely a work in progress as well. Therefore, you must practice daily not to compare yourself by society’s standards. Undoubtedly, it is not an easy task. Trust me, I am a constantly a work in progress. I am acutely aware that I am a diamond in the rough and, with each day, both you and I will shine a little brighter. You will empower yourself by loving yourself through consistent practice.

Self-Love empowerment exercises

Rome wasn’t built in a day, so you’re going to start with just one empowerment exercise to practice for 10 weeks. But why 10 weeks and why just one exercise? According to scientific evidence, it takes 10 weeks to form a habit, and by choosing just one item to focus on, you prevent yourself from becoming overwhelmed. In this post, I’m going to share 13 exercises for you to practice. Initially, pick just one to faithfully practice daily, and the other two you can do occasionally as you feel inclined. Nevertheless, the one you pick, come hell or high water, you must promise yourself to do daily. Self-Love Exercises

Positive Affirmations:
Start your day by looking in the mirror and speaking positive affirmations. Say things like, “I am worthy,” “I love myself,” and “I am enough.”
 
Gratitude Journal:
Keep a journal where you write down at least three things you are grateful for each day. This helps shift your focus to the positive aspects of your life.
 
Self-Care Routine:
Set aside time for activities that nurture your mind, body, and soul. This could be a warm bath, reading, or practicing yoga.
 
Mindful Meditation:
Practice mindfulness meditation to become aware of your thoughts and feelings without judgment. This can help you develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
 
Set Boundaries:
Learn to say no (this may include saying no to yourself) when necessary and prioritize your needs. Setting boundaries is crucial for self-respect and self-preservation.
 
Celebrate Achievements:
Instead of downplaying your accomplishments, take time to celebrate them, no matter how small. Acknowledge your hard work and success. Write them in your journal 
 
Forgiveness Exercise:
Write a note forgiving yourself for any past mistakes (or mistakes of the day). This helps in letting go of guilt and embracing yourself as you are.
 
Nurture Your Body:
Engage in activities that make your body feel good, like dancing, walking, or any form of exercise you enjoy. Listen to what your body needs.
 
Creative Expression:
Engage in creative activities like painting, drawing, or playing music. Expressing yourself creatively can be very therapeutic.
 
Vision Board:
Create a vision board with images and words that represent what you want to achieve and how you want to feel. Add at least one item to it daily. You may use a journal, a physical board or Pinterest. This can guide your journey toward self-love.
 
Digital Detox:
Take breaks from social media and technology to reconnect with yourself without the distraction of constant notifications. Start slow with 10-15 per day at whatever time is convienent for you but make sure it’s before you crawl into bed for the night.
 
Connect with Nature:
Spend time in nature to recharge and find peace. Whether it’s a walk in the park or sitting by the beach, nature can be incredibly healing. You can combine this one with nurturing your body. If the weather does not permit, make sure you have some back up plans like indoor gardening or meditation with nature imagery.
 
Acts of Kindness:
Perform daily small acts of kindness for yourself and others. This fosters a sense of self-worth and connection to the community.
