To achieve empowerment, you must genuinely believe in yourself. In other words, believe that what you are manifesting is possible. Belief is the catalyst that energizing your intentions and helps remove mental barriers that may obstruct the manifestation process. Believing in yourself must begin with loving yourself. Admittedly, loving yourself is a work in progress. Just like me, you are likely a work in progress as well. Therefore, you must practice daily not to compare yourself by society’s standards. Undoubtedly, it is not an easy task. Trust me, I am a constantly a work in progress. I am acutely aware that I am a diamond in the rough. Each day, we shine a little brighter. In this post, I’m going to share 13 exercises for you to practice. Initially, pick just one to faithfully practice daily. As your confidence grows you’ll intuitively add more. Nevertheless, the one you pick, you must promise yourself to do daily. Additionally, it’s even more powerful if you share this blog with a friend for the journey, so you both can hold each other accountable. Below are your self-love exercises. Start your day by looking in the mirror and speaking positive affirmations. Say things like, “I am worthy,” “I love myself,” and “I am enough.”

Digital Detox
Take breaks from social media and technology to reconnect with yourself without the distraction of constant notifications. Start slow with 10-15 per day at whatever time is convienent for you but make sure it’s before you crawl into bed for the night.

Spend time in nature to recharge and find peace. Whether it’s a walk in the park or sitting by the beach, nature can be incredibly healing. You can combine this one with nurturing your body. If the weather does not permit, make sure you have a back up plans like indoor gardening or meditation with nature imagery.
